Finding Kristin and Sunflower has been a huge relief. For me, body work has become a necessary part of life, and my well being is very important. I trust Kristin to provide me with a professional and personal experience and I always leave grateful for the care and effort she puts into her craft. I work a physically demanding job, and it’s chipped away at my body, but with Kristins help over the last year my recovery time has improved and allowed me to have energy and effectively manage the pain in my body better.
